Coins Museum

The Coins Museum displays a remarkable collection of over 470 rare coins and currencies spanning civilizations and eras. Housed in a traditional wind-tower building in Al Fahidi, the museum traces the evolution of money from ancient barter systems to modern currency. The collection includes coins from Islamic dynasties, the British Raj, ancient Greece and Rome, and various regional currencies that once circulated in the Gulf.
