About
Etihad Museum is a state-of-the-art cultural institution that tells the story of the United Arab Emirates' formation and the lives of its founding fathers. Located on the historic site where the UAE was founded in 1971, the museum's iconic building is designed to resemble a manuscript with seven columns representing the pens used to sign the unification agreement. The museum features interactive exhibits, historical documents, films, and personal artifacts from the founding leaders. Visitors can explore eight permanent pavilions covering the country's history from the 1960s through unification. The museum offers a profound understanding of Emirati heritage and national identity.
